Strapworks

Wow great fast service

Wow great fast service. I had a customer looking to buy some white ladder buckles. I have dozens of black ones which are available everywhere but I’d never seen white ones before in 25 years of being in the marine canvas. Strapwork.com not only has them but they immediately shipped me 10 of them and I received them promptly. Not being previously familiar with Strapworks I was pleasantly impressed with their inventory and fast service. I highly recommend giving them a try for all your strapping and fastener needs.

Thank you Parts Warehouse for the wonderful service. My apologies for not responding sooner as we've been very busy. Yes, the parts arrived as expected and in a timely manner. I was initially confused about one of the bearings, assuming it was a group of needle bears in a race and I ordered one. Upon receiving the shipment I realised my mistake as the tiny needle bearings come as individual bearings and I needed six of them. I reordered the correct number and once again received the order exactly as I had placed it in a very timely manner with absolutely no issues.A new Bosch foam rubber cutter is now over $650.00 and I was able to repair mine with exact parts from Parts Warehouse for about a third of that cost. Thank you for the great and quick affordable service! Rodney, owner of Rodney's Marine Canvas in Fort Lauderdale, Fl
