I paid £274 for a year’s subscription and got locked out after just two days because I initiated a dispute (within 48 hours of activation). AirDNA kept the money, closed my account for over 8 months, and now offers me only a partial extension instead of the full service I paid for. They openly admit they can see I never used the product beyond the first two days, yet they refuse to provide either a refund or the full subscription. In practice, this means you pay for nothing if you ever dare to dispute a charge. The whole process has been dragged out, full of contradictions in their communication, and shows a complete lack of care for customers. It feels borderline fraudulent: they retain funds without delivering the service. If you value your money and fair treatment, stay away from AirDNA. Edit* After 7 months of back and forth, they finally agreed to renew my annual subscription.
