Terrible customer service and problematic components.
2 crates came without working parts, and when their renewal subscription emails went to my Spam, they just continued to charge me. I did NOT sign up for a year, I only signed up for 3 months. Customer service is snotty and brusque. As well, one crate was far too difficult for my 6 year old. I would NOT recommend kiwico, based on customer service alone.
