Brilliant software and excellent customer support
I have been using MacXDVD for years and always found it a great piece of software. For the first time recently I had to contact Customer Support for assistance with a technical issue. They replied to my email immediately and solved the problem. I highly recommend Mac XDVD and in this age of long queues to speak to a real person on the phone, ignored emails and the dreaded ‘live chat’, I can’t praise highly enough their customer support and the speed in which they reply to you.
