Great software for encoding/editing
I’ve used a freeware from them from quite sometime and decided to give a shot a the full software (macxdvd) and couldn’t be happier with the software and the support team. It’s worth every penny! Great features, fast encode engine, user friendly interface!
Reliable Software and Excellent Support
I have been using Digiarty’s video software for around eight years and have consistently found MacX Video AI reliable and easy to use. Recently, YouTube changed its encryption, which temporarily affected YouTube downloads. I contacted support, and the issue was resolved very quickly through a software update. The updated version restored downloading and improved compatibility with YouTube. I was particularly impressed by how quickly Digiarty responded to the change and released a fix. Overall, I have been very happy with MacX Video AI and would happily recommend it to other users.
Lost Licsense Key
Had an "No longer supported" iMac HD die, then found out the backups were crap and corrupted. The App was gone as well. Contacted the company and within a day was provided with my account and the license number to I could download the app! So race and nice to deal with professionals and actual customse service!

Customer support is quick and responsive. I bought the new AI MacXDVD to replace the older version and am happy with it. The new software is quicker and more efficient.
I was having problems with ripped DVDs…
I was having problems with ripped DVDs reading as wrong file type or incompatible ..yet all through the process it showed as a good copy......turns out my hd had bad sectors and ultimately failed ....nothing to.do.with the software....software works perfectly...highly recommend!
Excellent Customer Service
I purchased MacX DVD Ripper Pro over 13 years ago. I hadn't used it in years but when I found myself needing to transfer some DVDs I remembered MacX but my licence code had expired. I contacted support and they honoured my purchase from all those years ago, service like that is not found much anymore. Appreciate it!

what a horrible piece of software
what a horrible piece of software, it constantly crashes, or just locks up and sits there, it says it's ripping the disk, but nothing happens, after over a day, still at the same percentage level. sent in crash reports and the company never responded. do NOT buy this junk

what a terrible program, it crashes constantly, i have sent in countless "crash reports", and the company never responds. what upsets me the most, they have hundreds of reports of the same issue, but they keep selling it, and do nothing to fix it so it actually works
Impressed with quick replies to inquiries
Digiarty deserves praise for their attention to customer service. There have been a couple of times when I had questions about settings, and Digiarty quickly responded with an answer. After reporting a recent software issue, I received a prompt reply addressing the problem, and it turned out that the issue was not with the software itself but likely was due to a corrupt file.

Great software
Great software ! Anyway, using the AI takes time, depending of the computer. I though that my M4 MacBook Pro should be more than efficient but it runs rather slow and takes more than 10 hours (!!!!!) to enhance a movie of less thant 1 hour 30.

My customer service experience was phenomenal. I sent an email late one night, and when I woke up in the morning, I had a response which answered my questions and resolved my problem. Beyond the customer service experience, I want to comment on how great a product MacX Video Converter Pro is. We are a real estate company and depend on this product to download YouTube videos. I have been using it for over 5 years, and it has never once failed me. It is reliable, and the downloads are superb. I have tried competing products, and none of them come close to the performance of MacX Video Converter Pro. I highly recommend!
