I placed an order on 29 January for 3 Pack Tortoiseshell Reading Glasses – Blue Light Blocking Oversized Square Readers but it has never arrived. I have written to their support team 7 times in the last 6 weeks enquiring where my order is (5th, 13th, 18th, 27th, 28th, 30th March, 23 April) but am continually told it is in transit when it so clearly is lost. No offer of a refund - just asked to be patient as the order is 'so close now' . Appauling service - do not use this site.
