I ordered three tops in XL, in case were too small in my size.They took a while to arrive. Two were XL and one was Small. I was disappointed with all the items and asked for a full refund. The items cost over 60 pounds total. They offered FIVE POUNDS and said it would be too expensive to return them. I refused and they offered ten pounds. I sent them photos of me wearing the tops showing how small they were. They then offered 15 pounds. I said twenty pounds to cover the wrong size sent and await their response

The item is very good however, it only arrived this week when I ordered it on the 18th may. However I got in touch with the company and told them I was unhappy that it hadn't arrived when I had paid for it upfront and to be fair to them they obliged.
Very pleased with the seeds if they flower they will be lovely.
Delivery took a while but I didn't realise that they were from Japan

This company is ripping people of by taking their money and, I believe no product is ever dispatched. I have contacted them for a refund but they will not provide and blame the shipping company! please do not order from them…
I placed an order on 29 January for 3 Pack Tortoiseshell Reading Glasses – Blue Light Blocking Oversized Square Readers but it has never arrived.
I have written to their support team 7 times in the last 6 weeks enquiring where my order is (5th, 13th, 18th, 27th, 28th, 30th March, 23 April) but am continually told it is in transit when it so clearly is lost. No offer of a refund - just asked to be patient as the order is 'so close now' . Appauling service - do not use this site.
I ordered a set of glasses in January. By April I despaired of them ever arriving. Tracking showed them in Birmingham since mid February. I had just decided it was a scam and opened a case with PayPal when they arrived. They are fine - good value in fact.

Despite emailing the company they’ve claimed logistics issues, then delivery issues and refuse a refund as their policy states We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
they have not provided proof of posting or carrier details. - having read all the reviews this is a scam don’t use them.
If there was a no star option I would chose that. My experience with this company is mirroring all those below. My order, also for 3 pairs of glasses, was placed in January. They answer emails yes but continually say the order cannot be cancelled as the items have been sent, supposedly in my case, for a third time. I have absolutely no faith or trust in this company or that I will ever receive my order. Meanwhile they are happy to reply to my emails but will not refund. These people should be reported to Instagram for carrying their adverts. In fact, I will do that next. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Complete scam, j bought off Instagram in January and over charged me, keep sending me tracking messages, first in USA now in Cambodia. Shame Instagram should be shutting these people down
