I was having trouble getting the code for a password reset, I spoke to Glenn, and then next time I tried, I was magically able to get the code! Not sure if Glenn fixed this, or asked someone else to fix it, or it just came good on its own, but he was a pleasure to deal with, thank you for being there for me!
