They lie about inventory, they’re a drop shipper!
Ordered a nozzle when they claimed they had 4 in stock. Later that day I get a tracking number. Two days later USPS is showing they still do not have the package. I ask for a refund and they give me a story about how it is already shipped. I provide proof that it hasn’t in fact shipped, and they tell me the USPS just hasn’t updated it yet. After charging back, I see a Stallion Express (a company that does not operate inside the United States where this company supposedly exists), noting that it is with the shipping partner. Why would a company with 4 in stock, have to get the product from outside the country, when they’re supposedly based in the country? I think my next stop will be reporting them to the IRS. Anyway, they lied about having the product, didn’t care that I ordered it from them because it was already in the country and would get here faster, and refused to refund the purchase. Now I’m not even sure where the origin is and it might not even be a legit E3D or Prusa product. Do Not Buy From These People.
