Horribly disappointing experience
Horribly disappointing experience. Went to order Christmas gifts of whiskey to be delivered to family members for Christmas early December - delivery stated it would be made in a matter of hours so waited until Christmas week to order it. Completed two gift orders on 22nd December with the promise of delivery in a matter of hours- first delivery failed completely several days later (delivery person claimed no one was there at time of delivery which was not the case, then we were told they couldn’t find the address?! Then just said they would refund) and second order is still ‘underway’- well over three weeks late. Communication quite poor, long waits for responses. The whole point of these orders were for Christmas gifts. Never again. It would have been easier and faster to get on a plane and deliver them myself. Google a local independent store and deal with directly and give them your business would be my recommendation- never again will I use Jameson.com which all communication is through Reservebar.com
