Certainly 0 star. I have been loyal with Huawei until I witnessed the real way of treating its loyal customer. As an ex apple customer I thought this big corporate does care about customer but on the contrary it is just reaping profits. Want to exchange ear buds got as a gift as 14 days got past. It's unopened pristine in box as delivered. Asked manager to come and talk no one bothered to save a loyal customer. A rep has dreadful attitude. I will certainly not buy anything from Huawei ever again. They should be ashamed for treating its customers badly.
