Customer Service & craftsmanship is Superb!
They followed the instructions and design I was looking for. I wanted my fiancé’s ring modeled after the one he created with this same company only different colour scheme. They were able to accommodate my price range with the gems I was looking for to put on the ring. Different from what he had put on mine. It looks stunning! I love it! Most importantly he loves it! Thank you so much for such wonderful and exquisite work that you and your team do to make the process easy! Communication between e-mailing was easy, and made the process easy to follow. I love the renderings as well as the notes. The quality of both rings are superb! Plus delivery, I looked on the page and it stated an ETA of 5 days passed the original Delivery date and it surprisingly came on the original date even passing through customs super quick! I started my journey June 30’th, and went through a few changes, but I wanted his ring perfect. I was a little hesitant after finding out it was coming from Thailand; because of customs usually taking forever. But it shipped July 20’th and arrived July 22nd!!
