Overall experience good but not great.
Had an issue with delivery, damaged device. Was not Elegoos fault but did have to do a back and forth for 3 weeks to get a replacement. Once the replacement was delivered I was able to set up the print pretty easily but when trying to load the filament I had to troubleshoot somethings to get it working. Printing so far is amazing. I printed the scraper as my test print and had no issues. The print came out perfect. Why only 4 stars is cause I was advised to download the Elegoo matrix and while the app is amazing when I works, it just does not stay connected with my printer and the printer itself keeps giving the same 2003 error " unable to connect to the cloud". I tried all the troubleshooting steps the printer and app advised but still giving the same error. The only thing that helped was factory resetting the printer about 7 times. Then when I woke up the next morning the same issue populated again. I emailed Elegoo but have not gotten a response as of yet. I will soon have a computer set up to add the slicer app installed and just print through the USB drive included.
