Gazebo - 12’ x 16’ gazebo purchased from Canada
We Purchased a 12’ x 16’ gazebo and wanted it delivered a month later. No issues, as the support team handled our delayed shipping. One of the corner pieces was broken and as seen below we had no problem getting a replacement. FedEx just delivered a parcel containing two(2) replacement corner pieces that look great. I also received the $50 refund posted to my VISA account. Once again, I can't tell you how refreshing it is to deal with a company that puts the "customer first" over bottom line profits. You are one of the few companies that still offers outstanding customer service and I appreciate it very much. We love our new gazebo and fyi we had 2-3 days of torrential rain this week and the gazebo handled the run off like a champ. Very impressive design and engineering. I would highly recommend the purchase of a gazebo and other products. Cheers from 🇨🇦 Canada.
