Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the fast delivery and the outstanding product quality, noting that the materials feel exceptionally sturdy. Many people note that customer service representatives are very prompt, friendly, and helpful when addressing questions and concerns. However, some customers also noted that items occasionally arrived with minor damages, dents, or missing components. A few other people also mentioned that assembling the large garden structures could sometimes be quite time-consuming and challenging. Additionally, some reviewers pointed out that communication was restricted to email and that finding the correct separate base was confusing.

We Purchased a 12’ x 16’ gazebo and wanted it delivered a month later. No issues, as the support team handled our delayed shipping. One of the corner pieces was broken and as seen below we had no problem getting a replacement. FedEx just delivered a parcel containing two(2) replacement corner pieces that look great. I also received the $50 refund posted to my VISA account. Once again, I can't tell you how refreshing it is to deal with a company that puts the "customer first" over bottom line profits. You are one of the few companies that still offers outstanding customer service and I appreciate it very much. We love our new gazebo and fyi we had 2-3 days of torrential rain this week and the gazebo handled the run off like a champ. Very impressive design and engineering. I would highly recommend the purchase of a gazebo and other products. Cheers from 🇨🇦 Canada.

Ordering was fast! One roof panel had to be modified slightly as the channel was manufactured narrower, but that was the only problem considering the size of this assembly. Followup comunication was clear and appreciated. The completed gazebo looks good and strong! The fabric is great quality, the lights are the icing on the cake!
Thank you for your review! We apologize for the headache caused by the missed FedEx delivery and the slight roof panel adjustment. You shouldn't have to deal with carrier blame games, so we have already processed and dispatched a brand-new replacement light kit directly to you! Thank you for your recognition of the gazebo’s sturdy and beautiful build, and we wish you many wonderful moments outdoors!
