We Purchased a 12’ x 16’ gazebo and wanted it delivered a month later. No issues, as the support team handled our delayed shipping. One of the corner pieces was broken and as seen below we had no problem getting a replacement. FedEx just delivered a parcel containing two(2) replacement corner pieces that look great. I also received the $50 refund posted to my VISA account. Once again, I can't tell you how refreshing it is to deal with a company that puts the "customer first" over bottom line profits. Ordering was fast! One roof panel had to be modified slightly as the channel was manufactured narrower, but that was the only problem considering the size of this assembly. Followup comunication was clear and appreciated. The completed gazebo looks good and strong! The fabric is great quality, the lights are the icing on the cake!
