I putchased one of Purpleleaf's 9 x 12 ft. Umbrellas along with a cover. This was putchased at different dates. Delivery was prompt. Unfortunately the umbrella had missing parts which I discovered upon putting it together about a month after purchase. I contacted Purpleleaf and explained the missing parts, they were very gracious in sending me the missed parts. Their customer service was outstanding and I would highly recommend to anyone therir poducts.

Quick delivery, responsive customer service. Umbrella is well made and sturdy. Good base. 10ft Square shape provides larger area of coverage compared with circle of same diameter (10ft) that we replaced.
