The questions which I had where not fully answered. The delivery was fast and without any problems. What I disliked, it that the Protection covers are sold out. I expect when I buy an new expensive umbrella, that I can also order the Protection cover again UV, rain and snow.
Sun-umbrella looks very good and is in good quality, Lightning works very nice, the support-team is friendly and with very quick respond, transport package was good (no Transport damage). Cover for sun-umbrella was delivered in wrong size, but we received very fast a replacement in the right size. By using a ground sleeve the high of the sun-roof (I use size 3,65x3,65 meter) is a litte bit too low (headroom) and should be appr. 6-8 inch higher. Therefore I build an adapter to bring the umbrella in a comfortable high, unfortunately with additional effort.

Quick delivery. Quality of the umbrella looks good. Wanted to use a ground base foundation. At the time I have ordered the umbrella it was not clear that purpleleaf is offering the respective steal foundation piece. The explanation ( no German version available) how to build the foundation properly was not clear. Furthermore I could not find some important information about how to position the umbrella ( eg. distance to the nearest house, distance between terrace and the lowest point of the umbrella.

Delivery was ok , but package was little bit damaged with holes, but seems ok. During assembling found that the short wire /cable for the led is kinked and torn. I have to fix it with electric plastic tape. For such an expensive item this should not happen in any case...this little fault will leave a bitter aftertaste for the whole Thing...
