Quality is ok, easy to assemble but the instructions is garbage, not so easy to understand if the first time set up. Also confusing to get the correct base as it is sold separately. I want to get the recommended base but sold out when ordered, so I get a similar one from Amazon which is cheaper but don’t know it is fit or not. Lucky got it right but took me lots of time for research and assembly. Other than that it is a good patio umbrella and hope it hold for years.

Your service was excellent dealing with email and your staff could not have been better where I was disappointed and I gave you three stars was because the replacement part was $100. I bought the entire umbrella for 679 one rib should never be $100.

VERY FRUSTRATING SITUATION!!! Bought a 500$ umbrella, clearly stated that the weighted base was not included. The problem is some of their models doesn’t even come with basic cross bars. I found myself stuck with an expensive umbrella without anything to secure it other than the pole and collar. They force to buy a weighted base at over 400$. In addition of the frustrating situation, they sell PurpleLeaf umbrellas on Amazon, which clearly includes cross base, at less than 500$ for the SAME model. Trying to find a solution with them by email, they can’t sell me a simple cross base fitting with the collar and they ask me to pay for the return shipping because i opened the box.

We researched patio umbrellas to see which company has a good reputation at a reasonable price. Purple Leaf came up with great product reliability, stability, and excellent prices. We decided to buy it, also because the return policy is quite good. When I was putting it together I found it to be quite heavy, BUT,I felt good about that. The parts were very sturdy and solid. All the pieces fit very well together. It took me a few reads, and tries before I got the assembly right, but once it was completed, it looked and functioned amazingly. We've had the umbrella for about 2 weeks now. At this point, we love the umbrella, and compared to what we purchased from Wayfair 5 years ago, this umbrella is much, much better in design, strength, ease of use, price. The umbrella looks great, is sturdy and is very easy to use! I would recommend purchasing it, and would again!

We are extremely impressed with the post-sale service. We inquired about how to repair a broken rib for our cantilever umbrella and the response was very quick, especially for a weekend. The follow-up after we placed our order was far beyond our experience elsewhere. They confirmed with us whether we had received the part, and then follow-up a few days later about the status of the install.

We purchased Pergola and very happy with it. When we were checking it online before we purchase it we were bit skeptical but it is sturdy enough to withstand wind and thunderstorms. Specially Customer Care is excellent!

We recently purchased and installed a 12x14 dark grey gazebo. We are completely thrilled with the results. The gazebo is well made, has great engineering and is made of quality materials. It defines our dining area and when you are in it, it feels like a cozy new room!
The gazebo was delivered quickly, was well packaged and contained clear instructions on how to install it. Installation is a bit complex, but if you take your time and follow all of the instructions, it is not necessarily difficult. One bit of advice, don't install the roof panels on a windy day as they kept trying to fly off, but otherwise, it was pretty straight forward. It took us 3 - 4 days to finish it completely.
We would highly recommend this gazebo from Purple Leaf!
