Impressive post sale service
We are extremely impressed with the post-sale service. We inquired about how to repair a broken rib for our cantilever umbrella and the response was very quick, especially for a weekend. The follow-up after we placed our order was far beyond our experience elsewhere. They confirmed with us whether we had received the part, and then follow-up a few days later about the status of the install.
