12' x 10' Gazebo I was impressed with the quick shipping. The only small glitch is when I opened the boxes, the one sheet with instructions said there should be 5 boxes but we only received 4. I sent an email and received a reply very quickly which is reassuring someone replies to emails promptly. They said that thats a manufacturing error and there is only 4 boxes. I immediately confirmed all parts match the parts list. I was really impressed that there was at least 2-4 extra bolts and screws. Most stuff from China is usually short parts. The assembly manual is pictures and whats nice is each page tells you exactly what parts and how many of each bolts or screws you need. Being the first one it took my wife and I approximately 24 hours to count all parts and assemble. The hardest part in assembly for 2 people was the main frame. I'm sure if I was to do another one we could cut our time in half. All in all, we are very happy with our new gazebo and wouldn't be scared to recommend a Purple Leaf Gazebo.

We love the appearance of our gazebo. It seems very sturdy, but we are alittle concerned about the thin guage of the metal roofing. Delivery service was very quick.

The pergola arrived with a few dents in the main legs. The box had clearly been opened - perhaps a return. I’m not too upset though as it went together fairly easily and was very well priced. FedEx delivery was typical. Arrival date changed twice and then the box was dropped at the door covered in mud with not even a doorbell ring.

The product overall is a great product. However it arrived with a lot of damaged and unfinished parts. One column was dented, another was scratched, some parts had unfinished painted sections and many of the plastic curtain hangers where deformed and unusable. Customer service was easy to deal with and prompt, but the some of replacement parts came damaged too!!

The pergola arrived within 3 days of ordering and was extremely well packaged. the instructions were quite good for the assembly. I had some questions for them, but I was only able to communicate through email, they did responded within 24 hours. I would of liked to talk to a person as with email, sometimes the response may generate more questions and prolong the installation as you need to go back and forth with questions and answers. Over all quite happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them, oh yes the pergola is of great quality and costing thousands less of other units that I was looking at.
