Adopting cutting-edge technologies, applying premium materials, we strive to ensure every product to withstand the test of time and to become indispensable to customers’ lives.Customer Service: PURPLE LEAF deeply understands that the superiority in customer service is the very core to realize our commitments of long-staying companionship, enduring longevity, and unchanging service. 评价综述

AI 生成

Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the fast delivery and the outstanding product quality, noting that the materials feel exceptionally sturdy. Many people note that customer service representatives are very prompt, friendly, and helpful when addressing questions and concerns. However, some customers also noted that items occasionally arrived with minor damages, dents, or missing components. A few other people also mentioned that assembling the large garden structures could sometimes be quite time-consuming and challenging. Additionally, some reviewers pointed out that communication was restricted to email and that finding the correct separate base was confusing.

I putchased one of Purpleleaf's 9 x 12 ft. Umbrellas along with a cover. This was putchased at different dates. Delivery was prompt. Unfortunately the umbrella had missing parts which I discovered upon putting it together about a month after purchase. I contacted Purpleleaf and explained the missing parts, they were very gracious in sending me the missed parts. Their customer service was outstanding and I would highly recommend to anyone therir poducts.

Quick delivery

Quick delivery, responsive customer service. Umbrella is well made and sturdy. Good base. 10ft Square shape provides larger area of coverage compared with circle of same diameter (10ft) that we replaced.
