UPDATE : Now the company wants to see my paperwork for the other company's advice and call. I will not be providing my personal information. I assume this is to establish this is a real review. Trust me it is a real review and I am happy to share a photo of the service technician's vehicle take by my security camera. This company is a sham for excessive fees. Had them Repair my dryer on April 7 of 2026. Made an appointment less than one week after the 90 day guarantee period July 20, 2026….. On the morning of the appointment started getting strange phone calls from California about this wasn’t covered under warranty. There would be a service call. The technician Edwin showed up never took the dryer apart never looked at the dryer to determine what was wrong with it but estimated it was gonna be a couple hundred dollars to repair it. He was here less than 15 minutes and charged $122 for extra services to swap the electric cord to a different dryer. I would say Service was less than professional and the guy showed up in about an $80,000 jeep with no tools or parts except for his tool bag with drill and screw drivers he carried into the house. save yourself the hassle and hire flamingo appliance factory repair. They got it right at a reasonable fee.
