Refund or resend
Good day, order of products went all good and the whereabout of the product until it landed in South Africa and that is it. I think they must keep track of the product till the customer gets the parcel. It took almost two months till I received the parcel with a struggle on to find out where it is. I order conditioner and shampoo and only received the conditioner. Just want to know what about my shampoo...are you going to refund me that 2 x shampoo amount or resend the 2 x shampoo it? If you can let me know, i will appreciate it a lot. Kind Regards Rozanne
