£100 out of pocket
I got an alert that tickets were available for Hercules as I was travelling to London with my family. We were just approaching Kings Cross from the North and we entered some of the tunnels on approach. I had four tickets together in my basket but the signal dropped three times. The third time the date defaulted to the Friday after the date I wanted meaning that the money had been taken from my account, but we could not attend and I did not have the money to rebook for the day we were there as our budget had already been allocated. I spoke to TodayTix and requested a refund, but they say they can’t do that for me, Only give me voucher. That is no good to me because I don’t know when we will be able to afford to come back to London. I can’t understand why in this instance the account offer a refund to me. It is one of the busiest cities in the world and a really popular show which I’m sure will sell out again. I do want to go on record and see all of the emails I received were from really nice and understanding agents and that TodayTix did provide me with a voucher for the full amount. I don’t want this to be scathing review because I know a lot of hard work goes into what they do, I am just disappointed that we have lost £100 as a family in really trying times.
