Returns expensive and take forever, customer service meh
I'm forced to order there due to our soccer club. The system is set up that you have to order the complete kit even though there are items my daughter hates and we already know she'll never wear. Anyway, we had to return some shorts for a different size, I returned the ones we received. Mailed it back July 2 - return shipping with their label which costs $ 8.99!!! took 2 full weeks, finally arrived July 16. Now it's a week later and I still haven't received my refund. When I called to place the new order for the replacement shorts in early July the lady said she's having problems creating my order, I waited, she said again that she's having problems creating my order, then she hung up. Took 15 min of my life that I'll never get back. So placed the order online which I should've done in the first place. Definitely not impressed with the customer service.
