Terrible deliveries, worse customer service. I had a series of bad experiences with Bolt Food deliveries. Out of 5 recent orders, only 1 was an okay experience. The problem is with the delivery drivers, who are likely working with other companies as well (backpacks where almost always UberEats or Glovo) and take massive detours, sometimes going to other towns altogether before delivering the inevitably cold food. Bolt customer support is rather rude and useless, never providing any compensation or changing delivery drivers even when they are not picking up the orders. After asking for an explanation, I am simply told everything is according to their policy.
