Website was down
Website was down, couldn't log into admin, cpanel was a mess, missing email accounts etc. Clearly i was concerned. Something had gone very wrong. I filed a ticket, which was picked up by Ajay, and then Chris got on the case. They were able to determine a migration didnt go to plan and they started working through the issues. Then Carl and Carson took over and continued the remedial work and brought it back to 100% without any data loss. In fact a couple of other issues that existed prior to the migration were also fixed. Once they got onto the ticket and understood the issues, all was resolved with good comms and strategy. Keep going in the right direction to all at Hostek. Thank you for the support. And special shout to Carson for getting his teeth into it.
