Really painful to deal with. They do not mention anywhere prior to paying that they need all clear protection removed, this needs to be agreed to in advance before paying, they message you in the middle of the night, after buying the tool and taking hundreds of photos most of them clear over days they say they need more photos. Most stressful and painful authentication process online I have ever experienced. They haven’t bothered reviewing all my photos, why bother when they can just ask for more again and again after sending hundreds.. such a waste of time buying the tool and wasting hours of my time and waking me up. I very strongly advise against using use their online service, they might be better in person, although if you value your sanity I would not use them for online authentication Update Thank you for sending dozens of messages while I was asleep, very rude and extremely unprofessional
