Buyer beware
I placed an order that was to be delivered on Sunday, May 24th. I got messages confirming it was to be delivered. When the recipient had not received I called automated help line and was told it was 'enroute'. It never got there! The are crediting me but BUYER BEWARE. After seeing all these other reviews I don't know how they stay in business. I have already resolved it and getting a refund but that doesn't resolve the fact that the birthday twins never got their flowers. Ridiculous.
