Joe F. was the definition of customer service in my situation. I had purchased a gift card and mailed it to my mother-in-law for her birthday. Unfortunately, it got lost in the mail. Joe assisted in reissuing the card, and I was able to email the new gift card to my mother-in-law within 2 days of contacting customer service.
