Refund
After almost 45days (lost count) and numerous calls and emails, I eventually get my USD300+ refund back. I think their customers team have put in a lot of afford in tracking my money. Thanks to the TEAM. The problem is the with such a BIG International Firm, as they claimed themselves to be, have such a backward accounting system and using a third party to handle all money transactions. Make sure they have the item before paying, else, good luck!!
