Worst company out there
Worst company out there. I have been trying to return an item under their 'easy returns' for TWO weeks nearly but they won't send me a free returns label to a local warehouse. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. They are scammer. They sell you products but then dont help when there is a problem. Customer services ADVISED me to escalate my case and that is so slow at resolving the issue. Now I have ANOTHER 5 days to wait before they say yes/no to the return. EASY RETURNS IS NOT EASY!! /

Still waiting for a free returns label…
Still waiting for a free returns label 6 days after requesting to return it. It is so hard to speak to a person to get it sorted. Customer service is AI generated and then all you get told to do is escalate the claim. That takes a week before you get a response. So annoying and NOT an easy return service. Don't buy from here. Sellers send you a different item to what they advertise.
Alibaba replied and wanted me to get in touch with customer services but there is no point... I have done this on 3 separate occasions and I still haven't got my label!

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience. Beware of seller 'Guangzhou Yiyuan International Trade Co., Ltd.'. Sell you a phone advertised as 7.3" and Android version 16 but you get a 6.7" phone on android 15. Seller doesnt accept responsibility of wrong doing. Requested return as my item is covered by EASY RETURNS - oh no it ISNT EASY...Ive been trying for 2 days to get a FREE returnes label - even speaking to customer support for 2 days and still NO free label appears and all the time my returns window is getting less and less. I WONT be buying from here ever again.
I contacted Alibaba after they requested I do so after my review but STILL i have to wait for a FREE returns label...NEVER again will I buy from this company as the EASY RETURNS they offer shouldnt be this diffucult. STILL waiting for a label nearly 1 week after starting the returns process!! APALLING.
DONT buy from Guangzhou Yiyuan International Trade Co., Ltd. as you wont get what the listing advertises.
