Worst experience ever
I booked my ticket through redbus on 16 august 2019 from Amravati to pune of journet date 18 August2019 but becauise of some confusion they send me the ticket of time 6.45 PM and bus operator had the booking in another bus so redbus operator tell me to book another ticket and they will refund my money in 48 hrs but now after so many days still i didnt get my money instead of that redbus operator not ready to give me any response they always tell me that i will get my money refunded in 48 hrs . Its a worst experience ever.
