No communication but they arrived.
I was made very nervous by the fact that there was zero communication throughout this order from the time the money left my bank to the moment the glasses surprised me arriving on my mail box there was nothing. I did finally receive an answer to my contacting them after they had arrived, staring they had been shipped. Other than the whole time wondering if I'd been scammed, the glasses are fine, as described and expected.
