They do not communicate to answer your simple questions. like what are shipping costs, how long does it take, I asked for a quote for 50 pieces of an item to one customer and they did not reply except to send the order!! so they just seem to want you to send orders pay for their service and you have no ideal what the cost is going to be until you send the orders.
