All orders had been cancelled, but I got the refund
Although i cannot get any of my products, and the communication were a bit mess. It took long time to get reply from their CS team. Plus I read some bad comments which scared me. But I’m appreciated that they finally follow up all my 5 cases and called to confirm. My refunds had been fixed in 3 weeks.
