Multiple reasons
Multiple reasons: 1) excellent service in processing and getting the order out fast, 2) just having a place where I can buy headphones when I live in the sticks and the closet thing I have is a very limited selection electronics store and 3) shipping was fast from the company but FedEx dropped the ball and delayed the delivery. Overall, excellent!
