Not in stock, Good communication
I was told the item I ordered was not in stock and was offered refund or choosing different item. Contact with this firm was excellent and they replied within a few hours. I eventually saw another item very similar to mine advertised so I said I would accept that. My coat was then delivered very quickly. It was in one way not exactly like either of the two items I had seen, it had fringing on the bottom that was different and which I customized to my taste. I have ended up with a coat I like. Good communication with this firm throughout but pity they did not have in stock at that moment the coat I had seen advertised that day. I would use them again however if something else caught my eye.
