Wrong filaments and no support
I ordered 3 different High speed Marble PLA filaments and the shipment came within the promised delivery time. However, I recieved 3 random Wood filaments instead of what I actually ordered. Mistakes happen, but since then I have tried contacting them through their chat function and the two email adresses they have. However, no response at all! So I am stuck here with three filaments I have no use for and do not have the ones I actually need, and not a single reply from their side. Edit: After two weeks and some more emails they replied and offered me a satisfactory solution.
