Excellent service
My headphones started having minor problems after 1.5 years, so I contacted customer support. Contrary to the negative reviews, I received a very friendly response right away. After recording the sound quality, I received another prompt reply and the problem was resolved in a very accommodating manner. I am really impressed—the service was exemplary. A lot of praise, but it is well deserved. The headphones themselves are of good build and acoustic quality. They are also particularly comfortable to wear.
