Bunch of cowboys!!! Alex is most unhelpful, booked tickets to India via Gulf Air, with wife and daughter travelling last night. Alex promised he would book halal meals - never bothered!!! He put my daughter as the lead name in the itinerary - when I requested he change this he refused!!!! Since Sunday 23/06/2024, I have sent him WhatsApp messages daily. He opened all my messages and never replied. Travelling can be a very stressful experience. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away from these cowboys, who will not help you and make your experience a misery.
