Terrible website
So far not good experience! I'm travelling on 2nd January to NZ. Their website is awful. Doesn't recognise my ticket number or name. Fortunately I booked through booking.com who are excellent at ensuring my itinerary is fully confirmed. I will update my experience post flight!
