This company will steal from you
This company will steal from you and make you responsible for their mistakes and non-deliveries. Recently purchased two hand towels and only received one of two. Waited patiently because my lived experience with this company has been that they send orders in several packages and I have sometime received items from the same orders two and three weeks apart. After some time, I used email and chat to alert the company that I had not still receive one of two towels-unfortunately they stated that I had waited too long to alert them that I had missing items (30 days). They would not refund or send my towel. I requested that they re-open my inquiry as their denial meant that I would not receive my order and they would just keep my money. Their second response was horrible-yes, indeed they were keeping my money and not sending any product. It was re-stated that I waited too long to tell them they didn't send my full order, no refund, no towel, too bad for me for using their own past practice as an example of how late they can send items. Now they have my money and I have no towel. They literally just stole money from me and stated I was responsible for telling them they had not fulfilled their orders. I will not purchase a single thing from them or their other store Urban Outfitters EVER again. This huge company stole $18, plus tax from me. I guess I got away cheap, but I would be glad to alert anyone to these dirty business practices as I feel very cheated and very foolish for having the patience to wait for products based on their own past delivery behavior.
