Adidas customer services are awful
Adidas customer services are awful. It appears the only thing they can do is tell you your case will be dealt with, then not deal with it, so you call back after it was supposed to be dealt with, the same thing happens, ad infinitum. Avoid this company at all costs if there is any possibility that you may need to return an item or contact customer services for any reason.
