I purchased a vehicle from Driveway…
I purchased a vehicle from Driveway Finance and the vehicle only ran for 6 months 12,000 miles. They agreed via contract to give me a copy of the title and to register the vehicle within 30 days and never did. I called to see if we could come up with a solution to getting the vehicle fixed so I could maintain the vehicle they told me I would need between $5000-$9000 to get the vehicle fixed. They told me they would come by and pick up the vehicle and never did. I called today 9 months of no contact I called to see if they would pick up the vehicle and now they refuse to. They tried to register the vehicle by asking for my insurance on the day the vehicle stopped running. I am just finding out today 05/23/26 the title has my name as registered to the vehicle yet I never registered the vehicle. I would like Driveway Finance to come and pick the vehicle up or send me the title to at least junk the car. I can no longer have it sitting in my Driveway or I will be ticketed. I also plan to consult an attorney to sue this this company for Breach of Contract.
