Dont believe in promises made during Sales
Water Solution’s product is good, but their post-installation service, especially annual maintenance is disappointing. I had their gutter system installed and was told I’d receive better pricing. When I asked about annual maintenance rates, the service manager responded in a dismissive, borderline derogatory tone, basically saying I shouldn’t expect better pricing every time I call. That’s poor service. Lesson learned: get everything in writing and don’t rely on verbal promises.
