Having read some reviews they are either glowing or dreadful! Sadly my experience with Renew has been dreadful. With only two oldies in the house the inspector said that the pilling was due to high traction soles!! I felt quite insulted. Since then their customer service has been positively appalling. It’s like talking to an AI person. There is no communication or update; they just don’t care enough!! I hate, yes hate moaning but really feel they are not behaving in a professional and competent manner. And now they seem to be deliberately avoiding me and making hugely unbelievable excuses because I didn’t want the inspector to carry out the shearing. I am still waiting for the work to be done. I rest my case.
