Avoid it like it's own UI avoids functioning.
Thank you Blackview for ending my dependence on mobile phones. Having got this ...thing I have learned that I thankfully don't need it as it's quicker to ask a stranger for help than get it to turn on. Thus it has revitalised my social life as I had to manually inform people why I wasn't very responsive as my new "phone" wasn't working well. Over the last month of owning it I have used it less and less as it's refusal to even tell me someone is calling has perfectly negatively reinforced my desire to use it. Well done. From day two it wouldn't charge from any of the chargers including the one it came with. Then it charged sporadically off the new chargers I bought. It now has one charger it works with but it occasionally simply refuses to charge. The UI continually fails to load, making it literally unusable. A brick. it freezes constantly when loading apps or pages or loads half a screen and half blank space meaning it's often quicker to go upstairs and log into my pc to view a site than access it via phone. The loading time for any apps means if you needed an emergency phone call or message it will, if it opens at all, take significantly longer than I'd like to be able to do this simple task which seems important for a phone... Sometimes it doesn't even bother ringing until whoever is calling me has hung up. It also has a handy trick where it will not update the time until shortly after you've opened your phone, so it will first show you the time from however long ago you last used it. So if, as one usually does you simply wake it up to glance at the time, you're looking at the past and not the accurate time. It takes a few seconds to catch up which has led to some very awkward situations as I've been sure it was say, 2.30 because a quick look at phone said so, only to rush out the house to collect my child because it was actually 3.10 and I'd been misled by a slow to catch up clock. A clock...with lag...is pointless. Just don't. This works as a landline in my house now mostly connected to a plug near my sofa. I wouldn't trust it on a long journey or in emergencies.
