Scammy. Don’t expect your money back for returns
Awful experience all around. I pretty much exclusively shop for clothes online and have never had such an annoying experience. First of all, the clothes aren’t as great quality as they claim and size measurements are not always accurate. Secondly, good luck getting your money back if you return anything!! I was told I would be refunded within 1-3 business days of them receiving it, plus the return shipping fee would be refunded but I’ve received nothing. No communication about my return either. They only update me if I message them, which they don’t say anything useful anyway. Just “oh sorry we’ll refund you someday day, we won’t say when though, there’s a delay.” Never had a company be so obnoxious about returns. The fact a bunch of “influencers” blabber on about this brand should have been my first red flag. They also try hard to pass themselves off as an Australian brand. All clothes are made in China, shipped from China, emails are in Chinese… there are plenty of cheap made in China clothing brands that are at least legitimate brands if that’s what you’re looking for. EDIT FOR ADDED INFO: The company responded to me here to attempt damage control, and as you can see, claimed to be processing my refund. Yet another lie. Nothing has been processed and I have since got PayPal involved because they clearly plan on keeping both the item and money. If you are having a similar problem, don’t play their games, just go straight to your bank and start a chargeback.
